Rich was raised in Seattle, Washington. He attended Gonzaga University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Business with a minor in Philosophy. Rich spent the first 12 years of his career in the technology sector where he worked with early stage companies on the development and implementation of their sales strategy.

Rich moved to Bend, Oregon in 2006 to begin his new adventure as the Owner of Sunbelt Network of Central Oregon. His main objective is to work with small business owners to give them the tools to achieve their lifetime goals as well as work with each client to prepare and assist in the development of their business' exit strategy.

When not working with clients, Rich likes to take on the trails that Bend has to offer from skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. On occasion you can see him on the golf course desperately searching for his golf ball.

Susan is a senior marketing professional known for her ability to create innovative approaches and integrated campaigns that satisfy company objectives and initiatives. After nearly a decade at Intel, she founded Grow, a management consultancy that helps companies develop a compelling, differentiated advantage to drive bottom-line growth. Most recently, she has joined Sunbelt of Central Oregon to help guide targeted marketing efforts. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics and sociology from Dartmouth Collage and an MBA in marketing from Cornell University.
